Bait Rewards is governed by our terms and conditions but here’s a handy summary
To benefit from the £10 food + drink credit and / or the free bottle of prosecco, you need to book via the special link, which will automatically enter a code to allow you to book a “Returning Guest Special” rate. This rate is the only one which offers the benefits described in your recent email Cards will expire (and points expire) after one year without use
Right now we’re working on an upgrade to our website which will allow you to check your balance online.
Until then you’ll get a monthly email with your current points balance.
Points have no cash value
There’s no membership card. Just give your name to the member of staff on duty and they’ll add your points.
Points for stays in our accommodation may take up to a week to process. .
